Ordering: step by step1. Choose a font you would like to order
2. Select Individual fonts or Complete font family
3. Select Package. Full Font or Demo (for testing)
4. Choose the license that suits you best
5. Click Add to Cart, check out, and choose one of the payment methods
6. You can pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer or use PayPal
7. Fonts will be available to download when the transfer is complete

Accepted payment methodsCredit/Debit cardsFor credit card payments, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover.
As for debit cards, we accept VISA Electron.
Bank TransferAs soon as we have confirmation of payment from our bank,
we will mark your order as paid and you can download the font.
PayPalIf you have PayPal, you can easily pay through it.
But you can also pay by card via PayPal without having a PayPal account.

Transaction declinedOur payment system will automatically prevent multiple purchase attempts, so please check your details first before trying to order again. International restrictions for users outside of Czech RepublicWe are based in Czech Republic. Some credit card companies in different countries may flag the transaction as an international risk and not authorize the purchase.
In this situation, you can call your bank to pre-authorize the payment for Superior Type s.r.o. in Czech Republic.
You can also use an alternative payment method such as PayPal, though we still recommend pre-authorizing first if you want to try the same card.
Mismatched billing detailsMake sure that all of your entered information matches what your financial institution has on file.
If using a VPN service, switch this off temporarily so that the IP address matches the card's country of issue.
Browser or website issuesWe recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or IE/Edge during checkout for quick and easy processing.

License discountsThere is currently only one automatic discount principle in our e-shop: discounted packages of complete font families. Each font has a different reduction percentage. Right now, we don’t offer any discount for academic institutions or students.

Refund policyWhen you may request an exchange:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
If the fonts have not been downloaded.
We will replace the Fonts within 30 days of purchase.
If the font file is defective and you are not able to install it.
